I-beam Pivot and Swinger Weld on Kit

I-beam Pivot and Swinger Weld on Kit is what's needed to weld up mounts to other chassis not limiting the Proline Beams to 10.2 chassis. These will also allow use of the WhoopaCabra and Rokalope Frame Rails.
